Collection is arranged
After acceptance and registration, DPD collection is normally arranged within 2–3 working days at the EU address supplied.
Prepare each parcel before collection
- Maximum weight: 31 kg per parcel.
- Use a strong box or wrap suitable luggage completely with stretch film or packing tape.
- Do not present an unwrapped suitcase for collection.
- Describe the contents accurately; avoid vague descriptions such as “goods” or “parcel”.
- Keep the pickup contact available at the address entered in the mandate.
Collection from an EU address
The address must be real, complete and accessible to the courier. Include the correct postcode, locality and contact telephone number.
Delivery to Malta
Add the Malta recipient and delivery details carefully. The information entered is used to prepare and coordinate the shipment.
Clear confirmation
A collection is not booked until the email acceptance is completed and Mihai Group issues the registration reference.

How should luggage be prepared?
Luggage must be wrapped securely with stretch film or packing tape. An unwrapped suitcase is not accepted.
How quickly is collection arranged?
Collection is normally arranged within 2–3 working days after email acceptance and registration, subject to valid details and courier availability.
